All artists who create freehand drawings or use digital techniques are invited to participate. The competition has a free theme.
Participation is free of charge.
Participants must submit works of their own authorship in JPEG format, with a minimum size of A4 (21 × 29.7 cm)and a maximum size of A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) at 300 dpi.
Files submitted in any other format or through download links will not be accepted.

Each participant must send all submitted works in one single e-mail, together with the official Application Form, duly completed.
All submitted works must be ORIGINAL and UNPUBLISHED.
The deadline for submissions is August 30, 2026.
Failure to comply with all the rules and requirements of these regulations will result in the participant's disqualification, making the submitted works ineligible for selection or awards.

NOTE: Each artist may submit up to three (3) works in each of the four (4) categories, for a maximum total of twelve (12) works, all sent together in a single e-mail.The winners in each of the four categories CARICATURE, CARTUM, CHARGE and COMICS will receive a Digital Certificate and an official Trophy, as selected by our Jury.The Digital Certificates will be sent by e-mail, wh ile the four trophies will be sent by regular mail. In addition to the award winners, ten (10) artists will receive Honourable Mentions, together with a Digital Certificate sent by e-mail. The selected and awarded artists will be announced on our official blog and Facebook page by October 2026.

EXHIBITION
The 100 selected works will be featured in our permanent virtual exhibition on the Editora O PIU blog.
All submitted works will become part of the Editora O PIU Collection.
The ownership, use and all other rights related to the submitted works shall be transferred to Editora O PIU, which reserves the right to use them in any manner it deems appropriate.
By submitting an entry, the participant automatically declares full acceptance of all the terms and conditions set forth in these Regulations.
